Things You Need to Know

  • RETURNS: We accept returns of clothing for a store credit when notified via email to info@anzata.com within 3 days of receiving the item/items. We only accept returns on these items if they are in the condition they were received. Items must have original  tags and be unworn.

  • SHIPPING: Priority shipping in the Continental US via USPS, takes from 4 to 10 days). Flat rate of $8.

  • PICK-UP in store: JUST IN MIAMI FLORIDA. Subject to stores’ office hours, contact customer service to arrange pick-up.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE:
